Oh no, we’re sorry to hear that! Of course you can send it back to us as a claim. Just follow these steps:
☝ Sign into My Page and register the claim under my orders – register return, or via this link. If your order is closed for returns, contact customer service and we'll help you out.
✌ Pick “defective item” as the reason for the return so we know there’s something wrong with the item. When you’re done, it will say there’s a return fee, but no worries, that won’t be charged if your claim is approved.
🤟Put the item in a sturdy package, create a return label here, print it off, stick it on the package and then bring it to a post office. Don’t forget to save your receipt until you get the return confirmation from us.
