If two weeks haven’t passed yet since you sent the return package, then there’s nothing to worry about – just sit tight and wait for the return confirmation email from us. If you still haven’t received the return confirmation after three weeks, let us know at customer service and we’ll help you out. And in the meantime, make sure you already paid for the items you kept and the additional fees.
