Oh no, we’re sorry to hear that! Of course you can send it back to us as a claim. Just follow these steps:
1. Sign into My Page and register the claim under my orders – register return, or via this link. If your order is closed for returns, contact customer service and we'll help you out.
2. Pick “defective item” as the reason for the return so we know there’s something wrong with the item. When you’re done, it will say there’s a return fee, but no worries, that won’t be charged if your claim is approved.
3. Put the item in a sturdy package and attach the return label. Don't have a return label? Let us know and we'll send you a new one!
4. Bring the package to DHL. Don’t forget to save your receipt until you get the return confirmation from us.
