Oh, that’s probably because Klarna sent you the reminder before we’ve had the chance to process your return! If three weeks haven’t passed yet since you sent the return package, then there’s nothing to worry about – just sit tight and wait for the return confirmation email from us. You can also log into MyKlarna with your email address and register your return there to pause your invoice.
If you still haven’t received the return confirmation after three weeks, let us know at customer service and we’ll help you out. And in the meantime, make sure you already paid for the items you kept and any additional fees.
