Can I change or cancel my order?
Nope, you can’t change your order after it’s been confirmed. But we can help you change size or color or remove items from your order IF it hasn’t been processed yet in the warehouse. Contact us ASAP and we’ll try to help you out. We cannot guarantee any changes as we reply to emails within 48 hours (on week days).
We can't change the address, but we can cancel your order, as long as it hasn't been processed yet, so that you can place a new order with the correct address.

Where is my order?
You can track your order by using the link in the dispatch confirmation email. You can also use the tracking number to track your package on the UPS website.
Haven't received the dispatch confirmation? That means your order hasn't been shipped yet. It can take a day or two after you placed your order before the package is shipped.
Psst! Because of Brexit, there is a possibility that your order gets stuck in customs. No worries though, usually packages will be delivered after a few days’ delay. But if your package gets stuck for more than a week, let us know here, and we’ll help you out!

Have you received my return?
As soon as we approved your return (which takes about 14-21 days) you’ll get a return confirmation via email. If you made a claim, then it can take up to 3-4 weeks before you get an answer.
After you have received the return confirmation, the refund will be processed using the same method you used when shopping. Read more about refunds here!
If you returned items from different orders in the same package, then it may take a day or two longer before the returns are processed. You will receive a return confirmation email for each order.
