Once your return has been processed and approved, we will initiate your refund at the same time as you receive your return confirmation via email. How quickly the money appears in your account depends on the payment method you used for your purchase.
Card payment/Direct payment/Apple Pay/PayPal:
The refund will be issued to the same account used for the purchase. In most cases, the money is visible the same day, but it may sometimes take up to 3 business days.
Klarna invoice (only avaible at the Netherland): If you have chosen invoice by Klarna, the invoice will be adjusted after the return. Contact Klarna for further information.
Gift card:
The refund will be issued to the same gift card used for the purchase within 1–3 business days.

To get your money back, your return must be approved. The items must be sent back within 14 days, in their original state and (if reasonably possible) in their original packaging with the tags attached. So, like box fresh!
The shipping fee and invoice fee are only refunded if you don’t keep anything and return all the items in your order.
