Can I return things from different orders in the same package?

This is only possible if you live within the EU. For non-EU countries, it’s not possible to return items from different orders in the same package, due to customs and import rules.

Just follow these instructions:

1. Register the return online for each order and item you want to return. When the return registration is complete, you will receive a return label for each order, but you only need one of them. It doesn't matter which one you use.
2. Pack the items for each order in its own package and clearly write the order number on each package.
3. Pack the packages together in one big package.
4. Stick the return label to the package and bring it to a service point.

Finally, give our customer service a heads up so we can make sure you’ll only pay the return fee once.
