This is only possible if you live within the EU. For non-EU countries, it’s not possible to return items from different orders in the same package, due to customs and import rules.
Just follow these instructions:
- Register the return online for each order and item you want to return. When the return registration is complete, you will receive a return label for each order, but you only need one of them. It doesn't matter which one you use.
- Pack the items for each order in its own package and clearly write the order number on each package.
- Pack the packages together in one big package.
- Stick the return label to the package and bring it to a service point.
Finally, give our customer service a heads up so we can make sure you’ll only pay the return fee once.
