It can (sometimes) happen that an item you ordered gets sold out right when we're picking your order. If this is the case, then you should have received an email about this with more information. Read more here.

Damaged package?
Was the package damaged in any way when you received it? Then please take some pictures of the damaged package and send them to us. You can email them directly to customerservice@nelly.com. Oh, and don't forget to include your order number in the email.
