If the funds have been reserved on your bank account, the purchase has likely gone through. If you have not received an order confirmation, it could be due to a few different reasons:
- The order confirmation may have ended up in your spam folder
- The order confirmation may be delayed
- You may have entered the wrong email address when placing the order
