Sometimes a purchase can go a little too quickly, and we get that you may want to change your order after it has been completed. Unfortunately, we currently cannot make any changes, such as removing a product or changing the size/color, in our system after an order has been placed. This is something we are working on and hope to offer soon. However, in some cases we can cancel an order, as long as it was not placed with one of the express delivery options. Contact us here or write in the chatbot and we will look into it. Please remember that we can never cancel an order placed with express delivery.
Did you order with express delivery? Then unfortunately we cannot cancel your order. Instead, you can just send a return after you have received your package.
