Oh, it can happen (but not very often) that an item you ordered gets soldout right when we’re packing your order, so it won’t be included in your package. If you get an email that an item is soldout then it won’t be shipped automatically when it comes in again. The amount will be refunded using the same method you used when shopping.
If the amount has not been charged yet and is only reserved, the reservation will be cancelled so that the amount is never deducted from your account.
Pro tip: Monitor the size you want and order it when it’s available again.
