Yes! We charge a €9,95 / £9,95 / 49zł return fee per return shipment, to cover the costs of shipping the package back to our warehouse. This will automatically be deducted from your refund when we process the return. Approved claims are always free!
For orders in Switzerland, we do not provide a return label. Since you’re already paying for the return shipment, we won’t charge you any additional return fee.
