Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible and no later than within 14 days. If you made a claim/complaint, then it can take up to 3-4 weeks before you get an answer.
You will receive a confirmation by email when we have received and inspected the return, and at that time the refund will be issued by us. It may take a few days for your bank to show the refund. Read more about refunds here.
If you returned items from different orders in the same package, then it may take a day or two longer before the returns are processed. You will receive a return confirmation email for each order.
