It usually takes about 14-21 days for us to receive and process a return. As soon as we approved your return you’ll get a return confirmation via email. If you made a claim/complaint, then it can take up to 3-4 weeks before you get an answer.
After you have received the return confirmation, the refund will be processed using the same method you used when shopping. Read more about refunds here.
If you returned items from different orders in the same package, then it may take a day or two longer before the returns are processed. You will receive a return confirmation email for each order.
